| Central Oregon Families with Multiples group | | Bend | website » | A parenting preparation class designed to meet the unique needs of families expecting a multiple birth. It is taught two consecutive Saturday mornings by a healthcare professional and a mother of triplets. Topics include how to identify preterm labor, prenatal care, nutrition, comfort measures, exercise, NICU and preemies, special concerns, feeding, special multiples gear, scheduling and postpartum expectations. A comprehensive book designed for families expecting multiples is included in the class fee. Plan to attend this class early in your pregnancy.
